Amber Borzotra
The first Big Brother player ever to win The Challenge — a BB16 pre-juror who became a champion on a completely different show.
The Story
Amber came into BB16 and immediately became the center of the season's most uncomfortable storyline: Caleb Reynolds' one-sided, all-consuming infatuation with her, which she spent weeks trying to manage without blowing up her game.
She tried to build something of her own — an all-girls alliance with Nicole Franzel to take out the guys. Christine Brecht ratted her out to the Detonators, and the majority alliance lined up a backdoor. Amber was blindsided and evicted 9-0 in 12th, pre-jury.
Then she went and won a different show. On The Challenge: Double Agents she dominated as a rookie and took the final alongside CT Tamburello — becoming the first Big Brother contestant in history to win a Challenge championship. She was later diagnosed as autistic at 34, and has spoken publicly about competing as the show's first openly autistic competitor.
Signature Moment
Amber and CT hit the finish line first — CT's fourth title, Amber's first, and the first ever won by a Big Brother alum. She's since run it back across Spies, Lies & Allies, Ride or Dies, World Championship, and All Stars.
