Devin helped build the six-man Bomb Squad, a super-alliance positioned to steamroll BB16.
Then he unilaterally expanded it, over-strategized, and flip-flopped so wildly that his own allies stopped trusting him.
With no one left in his corner, he was evicted in a unanimous 11–0 vote on Day 28, finishing 14th.
