SEASON 28 TIMELINE
A day-by-day study guide of everything that's gone down in the BB28 house — every comp, twist, entrance and eviction, in order.
Big Brother memory comps love to ask which houseguest did what on which day. This day-by-day timeline tracks it all so you can study up — currently covering 28 days and growing after every episode. When you're ready, put it to the test in Season 28 trivia.
Day 48
August 23, 2026Dee wins a second HOH and nominates a founding member of her own alliance
Dee Valladares wins the Week 7 HOH on "Norse by Northwest"
A Time-Trip jump to 851 AD: a Viking training course run against the clock, six buttons to hit, fastest lap wins, with Big Brother 18 and 19 alum Paul Abrahamian presiding. Drew Campbell posted the time to beat and it stood until Dee ran it down. Rick Devens and Barrett Pfeiffer lasted longest chasing it, while Melody Morris and Mallory Aurichio barely tried, happy to keep the blood off their hands. Outgoing HOH Yash Patel was ineligible. It was Dee's second HOH of the season after her Week 1 win.
Dee Valladares · Drew Campbell · Rick Devens · Barrett Pfeiffer · Melody Morris · Mallory Aurichio
America votes Drew into the BB Time Capsule; he wins the "Never-Not Pass"
The weekly viewer vote sent Drew Campbell into the Time Capsule and he cleared the challenge, earning the Never-Not Pass — permanent immunity from ever being a Have-Not again. He carried it straight upstairs and tried to trade it for trust, telling Dee that "America has consistently all voted for their side." Dee wasn't buying it: she doesn't care what America thinks.
Drew Campbell · Dee Valladares
Dee nominates LaTrice, Drew & Taylor
Dee put up LaTrice "LaLa" Verrett, Drew Campbell and Taylor Brown, calling all three "sus" — houseguests she believed had been conspiring against her. LaLa and Taylor denied it flatly. Drew's name was the shock: seven weeks into the Mosh Pit with her, he was on the block because his own allies had decided his information flowed in every direction at once.
Dee Valladares · LaTrice Verrett · Drew Campbell · Taylor Brown
Taylor confronts Drew; LaLa breaks down, then breaks with Taylor
Taylor Brown finally called Drew out in front of the whole house over playing both sides, and he had no clean answer. Afterwards LaLa broke down in tears, frozen out of the vote conversations and openly ready to go home until Taylor talked her back — before the two of them turned on each other hard enough that Haley Thogmartin called it straight-up bullying. Dee had a softer moment of her own, homesick and undone by a message from her family, while Yash Patel — still nursing the HOH the Diamond took from him — decided Abraham Lincoln "would NEVER do this."
Taylor Brown · Drew Campbell · LaTrice Verrett · Haley Thogmartin · Dee Valladares · Yash Patel
Day 45
August 20, 2026Angela wins the Block Buster and the Mosh Pit sends Kamu out 8-1
Angela Murray wins the Week 6 BB Block Buster
Red and yellow balls whipping through a wind tunnel, ten of each to be sorted into matching tubes. While Kamu and Haley chased balls through the air, Angela worked the floor — the "Tucker Method," lifted from BB26 — and buzzed in first for the upset that pulled her off the block.
Angela Murray · Kamuela Kirk · Haley Thogmartin
Kamuela Kirk evicted 8-1
Kamu did not go quietly: he told Mallory Aurichio about Dee's secret BB Bribe, torching his old partner's best-kept advantage in a last-ditch attempt to swing numbers that were never coming. Yash muddied it further, telling Mallory and Melody Morris that Dee had asked him to nominate them — a lie with a shelf life. The Mosh Pit voted as a bloc and sent him out 8-1, with LaTrice Verrett casting the lone vote to keep him, the only member of the week-old Covenant who actually honored it. "It is what it is; it's a good move," Kamu told the house on his way out.
Kamuela Kirk · LaTrice Verrett · Mallory Aurichio · Melody Morris · Dee Valladares · Yash Patel
Day 44
August 19, 2026Yash sweeps HOH and veto — then Devens spends the Diamond and takes his week
Yash Patel wins the Week 6 Power of Veto on OTEV
OTEV returned for its twentieth anniversary as a belligerent 1950s B-movie Blob, demanding headshots out of a slime-slicked scavenger hunt. Yash outlasted Barrett Pfeiffer in the final round after the Blob had chewed through Angela, Dee, Haley and Melody — two comps in one week for the quietest man in the house.
Yash Patel · Barrett Pfeiffer · Angela Murray · Dee Valladares · Haley Thogmartin · Melody Morris
Devens spends the Diamond Power of Veto to pull Dee down and name Kamu
Yash declined to use his own veto, leaving the all-women block intact and trusting the house to take his target out. Rick Devens had other plans: he had been carrying the Diamond Power of Veto since Week 3, telling almost nobody and wavering on it all weekend from a hammock — "you can't play these games scared." At the ceremony he took Dee Valladares off the block and, with no HOH input at all, named Kamuela Kirk in her place, calling him "the biggest threat in the game."
Rick Devens · Dee Valladares · Kamuela Kirk · Yash Patel
Day 41
August 16, 2026Yash wins his first comp and puts up BB28's first all-women block
Yash Patel wins the Week 6 HOH on "Bugs In the System"
A Time-Trip jump back to 1999 that asked the house to spot which computer zone carried the most Y2K bugs. Yash outlasted Barrett Pfeiffer in the final round for his first competition win of the season, and walked into the HOH room with one rule already written: no men. Devens, Drew, Barrett and Kamu were safe before he'd unpacked.
Yash Patel · Barrett Pfeiffer
Dee offers Yash the secret BB Bribe — and he turns it down
Before the ceremony Dee Valladares reached for the one advantage nobody else in the house had, offering Yash $5,000 from her secret BB Bribe to leave her off the block. He refused flat: five grand is real money, but a clean path to $750,000 is more.
Dee Valladares · Yash Patel
Yash nominates Angela, Dee & Haley — BB28's first all-women block
The nomination chairs went to Angela Murray, Dee Valladares and Haley Thogmartin, and the speech pointedly settled a Week 1 debt: Dee put Yash up during her HOH, so Yash put Dee up during his.
Yash Patel · Angela Murray · Dee Valladares · Haley Thogmartin
Melody draws the BB Time Capsule and becomes "Lord of the Latrine"
Melody Morris came out the wrong side of the Time Capsule — no power, just a punishment. For 24 hours she wore the costume, guarded the bathroom door and announced every single houseguest who walked through it.
Melody Morris
Day 38
August 13, 2026Haley saves herself in the Block Buster and Chuk goes out 9-1
Haley Thogmartin wins the Week 5 BB Block Buster
LaTrice's target all week, Haley took the "Newton's Apples" Block Buster and pulled herself off the block on eviction night — leaving Chuk Anyanwu and Barrett Pfeiffer to face the house vote.
Haley Thogmartin · Chuk Anyanwu · Barrett Pfeiffer
Chuk Anyanwu evicted 9-1
The fifth houseguest evicted, and the first casualty of the Kamu-and-Dee era. Haley cast the only vote to keep him. Chuk refused to hug LaTrice on his way out — payback, he said, for her declining to shake his hand before the comp — and told Julie he was "completely shocked," insisting "one person turned the house" and that "LaLa is legitimately confused about this game." Haley burst into tears as his photo faded to black-and-white.
Chuk Anyanwu · Haley Thogmartin · LaTrice Verrett
Day 37
August 12, 2026Kamu wins the veto and refuses to use it — the block stays locked
Kamuela Kirk wins the Week 5 Power of Veto
Sent back to "August 13, 1977" for a dance-floor memory challenge — cross the floor on green tiles only, a red tile sends you back to the start — the six players ran a bracket: Kamu beat Chuk, Haley beat LaTrice and Barrett edged Dee in Round 1, Barrett knocked out Haley in Round 2, and Kamu took the final over Barrett. It was Kamu's second memory-comp win of the season.
Kamuela Kirk · Barrett Pfeiffer · Haley Thogmartin · Chuk Anyanwu · Dee Valladares · LaTrice Verrett
Kamu keeps the veto in his pocket — nominations unchanged
For the first time all season the Power of Veto went unused. Kamu left Haley, Chuk and Barrett on the block, giving his old Red Corner allies a cover story — that using it could put Devens up as a renom — while telling the Diary Room he needed to distance himself from the alliance and "move differently." LaTrice's target, Haley, stays exposed heading into Thursday.
Kamuela Kirk · Haley Thogmartin · Chuk Anyanwu · Barrett Pfeiffer · Rick Devens
Dee flashes the Bribe; Angela breaks down
To cement her new partnership with Kamu, Dee Valladares revealed her secret BB Bribe power — the same one Devens had pried out of her earlier in the week. Meanwhile Angela Murray cracked, confessing to Haley that she'd voted the "wrong way" on Lyric with no real reason, before melting down in tears until LaTrice walked her out. LaTrice, unimpressed with Haley, made her target plain: get Haley out.
Dee Valladares · Kamuela Kirk · Rick Devens · Angela Murray · Haley Thogmartin · LaTrice Verrett
Day 34
August 9, 2026LaTrice climbs the Wall for HOH and puts two Red Corner members on the block
LaTrice Verrett wins the Week 5 HOH on the Wall
After four straight Red Corner Heads of Household, LaTrice Verrett ended the streak on Big Brother's iconic Wall endurance comp — standing on a shrinking ledge for over 90 minutes until Kamuela Kirk dropped to hand her the win. At 58, she becomes the oldest houseguest ever to win the Wall on a regular season, and the first HOH from outside the ruling Red Corner.
LaTrice Verrett · Kamuela Kirk
Mallory draws the BB Time Capsule and lands the "Adam & Eve" punishment
Mallory Aurichio took her turn in the BB Time Capsule and came out the other side with the "Adam & Eve" punishment, roping Melody Morris in to serve it alongside her.
Mallory Aurichio · Melody Morris
LaTrice nominates Haley, Chuk & Barrett
LaTrice walked in planning a Barrett/Drew/Kamu backdoor of her target Haley, but Yash Patel talked up Chuk as the bigger threat and Kamu climbed to the HOH room to throw his own Red Corner allies under the bus — pitching a new four (Kamu, LaTrice, Yash, Taylor). Final nominations: Haley Thogmartin (target), Chuk Anyanwu (backup) and Barrett Pfeiffer (pawn) — the first time two Red Corner members sat on the block together.
LaTrice Verrett · Haley Thogmartin · Chuk Anyanwu · Barrett Pfeiffer · Kamuela Kirk
Day 31
August 6, 2026Drew clutches the Block Buster; Lyric blindsided out 8–3
Drew Campbell wins the Week 4 BB Block Buster, "Paw Patrol Dino"
The three nominees raced a two-layer Paw Patrol-themed dinosaur puzzle on the live show. Drew Campbell — the majority's actual target — solved it first, pulling himself off the block and forcing the house to choose between Melody Morris and Lyric Medeiros.
Drew Campbell · Melody Morris · Lyric Medeiros
Lyric Medeiros evicted 8–3 (blindside)
Melody had been the plan all week, but Dee and Devens flipped the house barely four hours before the live show — cobbling votes onto Lyric to keep both Drew and Melody as shields against the Red Corner. Barrett, Taylor, LaTrice, Drew, Devens, Mallory, Dee and Angela voted to evict Lyric Medeiros, 8–3, over Melody; only Kamu, Yash and Chuk voted to keep her, blindsided in the minority. HOH Haley — who engineered the week — was left visibly stunned.
Lyric Medeiros · Melody Morris · Haley Thogmartin
Lyric's exit — reads the room, names Rome
Lyric told Julie Chen she was "not surprised" and "grateful," then correctly named the three houseguests (Kamu, Yash, Chuk) who voted to keep her. Asked about Rome Seymour, evicted weeks earlier, she confirmed she wants to pursue the showmance outside the house.
Lyric Medeiros · Rome Seymour
Day 30
August 5, 2026Taylor wins the wine veto and saves herself; Haley renominates Lyric
Taylor Brown wins the Week 4 Power of Veto, "Murder at the Masquerade"
In a candlelit Victorian masquerade hosted by BB27's Morgan Pope, the six players sipped from goblets where one pour was "poisoned" — two bad guesses and you were out. Taylor Brown read the table best and took the Power of Veto, the fourth veto save of the season. Mallory Aurichio (Melody's houseguest's-choice pick) and Chuk Anyanwu (Haley's pick) rounded out the field alongside HOH Haley and nominees Drew and Melody.
Taylor Brown · Haley Thogmartin · Melody Morris · Drew Campbell · Mallory Aurichio · Chuk Anyanwu
Taylor vetoes herself; Haley renominates Lyric Medeiros
Taylor used the veto on herself, forcing HOH Haley Thogmartin to hand out a replacement. Haley called Lyric Medeiros to the HOH room, told her she didn't trust her word, and put her up anyway — breaking a comp-day promise to do it. Final nominees: Drew Campbell, Melody Morris and Lyric Medeiros.
Taylor Brown · Haley Thogmartin · Lyric Medeiros · Drew Campbell · Melody Morris
The Toolshed quietly turns on Drew
The renom drama was a smokescreen: Drew Campbell was always the real target, his own eight-person Toolshed lining up the votes to cut him with only Drew and Barrett Pfeiffer left out of the plan. Lyric, meanwhile, dissolved into tears with LaTrice Verrett as the house floated the words "mean girl" about Haley's tone.
Drew Campbell · Barrett Pfeiffer · Lyric Medeiros · Haley Thogmartin · LaTrice Verrett
Day 27
August 2, 2026Haley wins HOH, Dee cracks the Time Capsule, and the Toolshed nominates its own
Haley Thogmartin wins the Week 4 HOH
Haley Thogmartin ran down the Week 4 Head of Household, handing the ruling Red Corner its fourth straight HOH to open the season's fourth week — a bloc that still hasn't lost a single Head of Household.
Haley Thogmartin
Dee wins the BB Bribe out of the BB Time Capsule
America voted Dee Valladares into the BB Time Capsule; she cleared the challenge and emerged with the BB Bribe — a power good for the entire game that lets her pay a houseguest to do her bidding. The power landed with someone already sitting in the majority.
Dee Valladares
Haley nominates Drew, Melody & Taylor
Melody Morris and Taylor Brown were the predictable chairs — both had been circling Haley as a target. The third, Drew Campbell, was the shock: the eight-person Toolshed agreed to eat one of its own, with Angela Murray pushing hardest to cut the ally she'd long branded a leak. Haley sold Drew a pawn pitch, but the majority wants him gone.
Haley Thogmartin · Drew Campbell · Melody Morris · Taylor Brown · Angela Murray
Day 24
July 30, 2026Mallory clutches the Block Buster; Jason evicted 12–0
Mallory Aurichio wins the Week 3 BB Block Buster, "Video Tape Tumble"
In a Time-Trip throwback, the three nominees raced to pull VHS tapes from a teetering video-store tower without toppling it. LaTrice Verrett's tower fell first at just two tapes; Mallory Aurichio and Jason De Puy went tape-for-tape until Mallory pulled her eighth to Jason's seventh — saving herself off the block by a split second and leaving the season's real target exposed.
Mallory Aurichio · Jason De Puy · LaTrice Verrett
Jason De Puy evicted 12–0
With Mallory safe, the vote was a formality: the house evicted Jason De Puy unanimously, 12–0 — the third houseguest gone and the backdoor target Kamu Kirk had built the entire week to catch. LaTrice Verrett survived the block with zero votes against her.
Jason De Puy · Kamuela Kirk · LaTrice Verrett
Jason's kettle send-off — "don't touch me"
Jason took his eviction with his chin up but no warmth for the HOH: when Kamu reached in for a goodbye hug, Jason waved him off — "don't touch me" — and walked out telling the house to grab the kettle and "air them out." On the couch, Julie Chen revealed Jason had placed top three in the BB Time Capsule fan vote, quietly torching his week-long fear that America disliked him.
Jason De Puy · Kamuela Kirk
Day 21
July 27, 2026Kamu backdoors Jason; the pots-and-pans meltdown
Lyric uses the veto on herself; Kamu backdoors Jason
At the veto ceremony Lyric Medeiros took herself off the block for the second straight week, and HOH Kamu Kirk named Jason De Puy as the replacement nominee — completing the backdoor. Final nominees Mallory Aurichio, LaTrice Verrett and Jason De Puy will all play the Thursday BB Block Buster, with the two losers facing the eviction vote.
Lyric Medeiros · Kamuela Kirk · Jason De Puy · Mallory Aurichio · LaTrice Verrett
Jason's "My queen!" pots-and-pans meltdown
Sent to the block, Jason De Puy grabbed a kettle and a wooden spoon and marched down the hallway sarcastically hailing the HOH who'd condemned him — "My queen! That's my girl right there!" — banging the kettle as the rest of the house tried to sleep.
Jason De Puy · Kamuela Kirk
Devens keeps the Diamond Veto in his pocket
Rick Devens' secret Diamond Power of Veto — known only to Dee Valladares and good for six weeks — went unused again. It looms over every remaining week but produced no move this one.
Rick Devens · Dee Valladares
Day 20
July 26, 2026The tea party becomes a Jason interrogation
Kamu hijacks Mallory's tea party to expose Jason
Mallory Aurichio planned a dress-up tea party for the whole house; HOH Kamu Kirk turned it into an hour-long interrogation of Jason De Puy over his game moves and the rumors he'd been gunning for the returnee "Icons" (Dee, Devens and Angela). Jason demanded Kamu name his accusers, Kamu refused, and the confrontation fizzled into awkward silence.
Kamuela Kirk · Jason De Puy · Mallory Aurichio
The Toolshed shows its first crack
Even from a safe seat inside the eight-person Toolshed, Barrett Pfeiffer told the feeds the alliance only mattered to him "unless it's advantageous to me," while Drew Campbell's shirtless HOH-bed "sexy pose" waiting on Kamu became the week's viral bromance moment.
Barrett Pfeiffer · Drew Campbell · Kamuela Kirk
Day 19
July 25, 2026Lyric wins the veto as Kamu's backdoor plan takes shape
Lyric Medeiros wins the Week 3 Power of Veto, "Pickleball"
In a time-travel comp set in July 2051, players danced with a giant pickle partner and then paddled balls into a scoring zone across five rounds. Lyric Medeiros outscored Mallory Aurichio 82–47 to take the Golden Power of Veto — with LaTrice Verrett, Kamu Kirk, Jason De Puy and Haley Thogmartin also competing. Her win set up exactly the backdoor HOH Kamu wanted.
Lyric Medeiros · Mallory Aurichio · LaTrice Verrett · Kamuela Kirk · Jason De Puy · Haley Thogmartin
Day 18
July 24, 2026Kamu takes HOH as Devens quietly banks a Diamond Veto
Kamu Kirk wins the Week 3 HOH, "Wrestlegasm '85"
The houseguests watched a March 31, 1985 wrestling match and answered a string of true/false questions — get one wrong and you were "down for the count," with BB alum Jessie "Mr. Pectacular" Godderz turning up for a cameo. Kamu Kirk outlasted the field, making it three straight weeks a Toolshed member has held the crown (Dee, then Devens, now Kamu).
Kamuela Kirk
America votes Devens into the Time Capsule — he wins the Diamond Power of Veto
For the week's BB Time Capsule, America voted in Rick Devens, who came out holding the Diamond Power of Veto: he can use it like a normal veto to save himself and also name the replacement nominee, with no HOH input, for the next six weeks. Devens told only his ally Dee Valladares and the two agreed to keep it secret, with Devens planning to spend it only to protect himself or her.
Rick Devens · Dee Valladares
Kamu nominates LaTrice, Mallory and Lyric
HOH Kamu put up LaTrice Verrett, Mallory Aurichio and Lyric Medeiros — but the block is a decoy for a plan to backdoor Jason De Puy, an idea Drew Campbell pitched after Jason won the Week-2 Block Buster. Kamu's reasoning: "It's not personal… Mallory's strategic, and LaLa hasn't talked game to me once all season." Lyric is the intended pawn.
Kamuela Kirk · LaTrice Verrett · Mallory Aurichio · Lyric Medeiros · Jason De Puy
The Honor Society and the Handymen form
Two new alliances took shape under the Toolshed: the four-woman "Honor Society" (Dee Valladares, Angela Murray, LaTrice Verrett and Taylor Brown) made itself official — even as Angela privately clocked Taylor as a "winner threat" — while HOH Kamu and Drew Campbell turned their red-hot bromance into a two-man deal called "The Handymen."
Dee Valladares · Angela Murray · LaTrice Verrett · Taylor Brown · Kamuela Kirk · Drew Campbell
Day 17
July 23, 2026Rome is backdoored out 12–1 after a live love declaration
Jason wins the Week 2 BB Block Buster, "Pirate's Booty"
The three nominees raced to re-stack oversized treasure — three emeralds, three pearls, three rubies and three doubloons — onto four poles without letting a piece touch the ground. Jason De Puy solved it fastest, beating Rome Seymour and Melody Morris to pull himself off the block.
Jason De Puy · Rome Seymour · Melody Morris
Rome Seymour evicted 12–1
With Jason safe, the Toolshed sent its backdoor target home: Rome Seymour was evicted 12–1, with Taylor Brown casting the house's only vote to keep him. Rome became the season's second boot and the first casualty of Devens' mega-alliance, ending Devens' Week-2 HOH reign.
Rome Seymour · Melody Morris · Taylor Brown · Rick Devens
Rome declares his love for Lyric — who voted him out
Before the results, Rome told the house "I don't care who knows it now, but Lyric Medeiros, I am in love with you" and kissed her goodbye. On the exit couch, Julie Chen revealed his lone supporter was Taylor, not Lyric — his own showmance had voted him out. "She batted her eyes twice and I was a puddle," Rome said.
Rome Seymour · Lyric Medeiros · Taylor Brown
Day 14
July 20, 2026Devens backdoors Rome at the veto ceremony
Devens saves Lyric and backdoors Rome
Devens used the veto to pull Lyric Medeiros off the block — after she promised she'd never nominate him — and named Rome Seymour as the replacement, completing the Toolshed's backdoor. "I'm sorry and you're welcome," he told Rome beforehand. Final nominees: Rome, Jason and Melody.
Rick Devens · Lyric Medeiros · Rome Seymour · Jason De Puy · Melody Morris
Rome melts down and turns on Chuk
Sensing the freeze-out, a spiraling Rome unloaded on Chuk Anyanwu — "You have been snarky for the last three days! You are unbearable as a human being" — then broke down crying and hyperventilating, comforted by LaTrice Verrett.
Rome Seymour · Chuk Anyanwu · LaTrice Verrett
Melody starts a revenge list
Kept on the block through the veto, Melody Morris vowed that if she wins the next Head of Household, Rick Devens goes up first.

Day 12
July 18, 2026Devens wins the veto as a fake breakup begins
Devens wins the Week 2 Power of Veto
In a time-travel "Festival of Love" competition set on July 22, 1967, the houseguests raced to build a 12-piece "Flower Power" festival poster. Rick Devens locked his in just before Jason De Puy to take the Power of Veto — putting the HOH and the veto in the same hand — and compared his solve to "A Beautiful Mind."
Rick Devens · Jason De Puy
Rome and Lyric stage a fake breakup
Together since Day 2, Rome Seymour and Lyric Medeiros staged a public "breakup" to lower Lyric's threat level so she could work votes freely. Drew Campbell saw through the act almost immediately.

Day 11
July 17, 2026Devens takes power and builds the Toolshed
Devens wins the Week 2 HOH
In a time-travel "June 30, 1992" Nashville competition — country boot-scoot rounds into a disc-sliding final — Rick Devens edged Haley Thogmartin 35–27 for his first Head of Household, after telling the house he wasn't sure he even wanted it.
Rick Devens · Haley Thogmartin
The Toolshed mega-alliance forms
Devens merged his two alliances — the Crossovers and the Red Corner (the group Dee Valladares had invented weeks earlier to keep Kamu busy) — into a single eight-person bloc: Barrett, Chuk, Drew, Haley, Kamu, Devens, Dee and Angela. Drew Campbell gave it a name: "The Toolshed."

Devens nominates Melody, Lyric and Jason
Devens put Melody Morris, Lyric Medeiros and Jason De Puy on the block, telling them they "didn't talk enough game" — cover for the Toolshed's real plan to backdoor Rome Seymour if the veto is used. Jason, shut out of the new alliance, broke down and insisted the HOH was really Angela's.

Day 10
July 16, 2026Ashley names the whole alliance out loud and leaves 14–0
Yash wins the first BB Block Buster, "Do Over"
The three nominees had to name which houseguest appeared most often in a reel of hairstyle-themed images. Yash Patel answered Mallory Aurichio and was right; Taylor Brown and Ashley Trail both answered Rick Devens. Yash took himself off the block.
Yash Patel · Taylor Brown · Ashley Trail · Mallory Aurichio
Ashley Trail evicted 14–0
After telling Melody Morris that "a whole group" was saving her — and naming all eight of them — Ashley's pitch travelled to Barrett Pfeiffer and Drew Campbell, then to Dee Valladares. The house voted unanimously; not one vote was cast against Taylor Brown. Ashley left smiling, telling Julie Chen everyone had been "so non-committal."
Ashley Trail · Taylor Brown · Melody Morris · Dee Valladares
The BB Time Capsule is revealed
Julie Chen appeared on the living-room screen: for each of the next six weeks, America votes one houseguest into the BB Time Capsule to compete for a power from a past season — or take a punishment if they lose. Winners are told in secret and each houseguest can compete only once. Julie confirmed the first evictee has no path back into the house.
Day 9
July 15, 2026Jason's lies unravel while Dee finds a nerd
Jason's lies start unravelling
Digging himself deeper, Jason De Puy told Angela Murray he was nervous the house would target her, Devens and Dee for being returnees — then assured her "you're not on the radar at all." She wasn't buying it any more.

July 13, 2026Mallory saves herself, Ashley goes up, and Drew burns the Court Jesters
First veto ceremony
Mallory Aurichio used the Power of Veto on herself, forcing HOH Dee Valladares to name a replacement. Dee — torn over the call — went with Ashley Trail, who started the game as an outcast and had passively accepted she was going up. The final block: Yash Patel, Taylor Brown, and Ashley Trail.

Drew spills the tea before the con starts

The season's first veto ran on the Time Trip theme: Dr. Will Kirby appeared by video and BB6's Howie Gordon turned up in the house, with the story that Will had stolen the time table on premiere night to build his future empire. Players fitted time tubes together through amplifier lanes to flip a switch and get back from the future. Mallory Aurichio — a rocket scientist — won it, beating a busted pipe along the way. (Aired on the Episode 3 broadcast.)

First nominations
HOH Dee Valladares nominated Mallory Aurichio, Taylor Brown and Yash Patel, reasoning that one from each team was fair. The feeds launched hours later and carried the news.

Rome & Lyric showmance sparks

Rachel Reilly's velociraptor volcano exit
BB legend Rachel Reilly made a Time Trip cameo (not as a houseguest): a velociraptor chased her into a volcano, and Julie confirmed her 'untimely demise' — she's out of the game. The stunt set up the reveal of the season's mystery third returning alum on the next night's 'Big Brother: Unlocked.'

First HOH decided — Dee wins
Groups of four stood on a boulder and held a suspended stacking platform up with ropes while their icon assembled a fire-themed puzzle — and Dee Valladares' team finished it. The comp ran out of the volcano sequence; the premiere froze it on a cliffhanger and the footage aired on Day 4's 'Unlocked'. (Exact day unconfirmed — Day 1 or Day 2; no source commits.)

Losing HOH team becomes the first Have-Nots
Rick Devens' group finished with the fewest pieces on their platform and became the season's first Have-Nots: Rick Devens, Drew Campbell, Chuk Anyanwu, Haley Thogmartin, and Taylor Brown.
