58 and Last One Standing

LaTrice outlasts the house on the Wall after 90+ minutes to become the oldest houseguest ever to win it on a regular season. Kamu takes second.

The First Non-Red Gavel

Four weeks, four Red Corner HOHs — until now. LaTrice is the first Head of Household from outside the ruling bloc, and she knows exactly who she wants out.

Kamu Torches His Own

To dodge a backdoor, Kamu climbs to the HOH room and sells out allies Haley and Chuk, floating a new four with LaTrice, Yash and Taylor.

The Backdoor That Wasn’t

LaTrice’s original plan (Barrett/Drew/Kamu to backdoor Haley) dies in the HOH room; the house talks her into hitting Haley head-on instead.

Adam, Eve, and the Time Capsule

Mallory cracks the BB Time Capsule and walks out with the “Adam & Eve” punishment, dragging Melody along for the costume.

Two Reds on the Block

LaTrice nominates Haley, Chuk and Barrett — the first time the season’s dominant alliance has two of its own on the block together.

The Recap

For four straight weeks the Red Corner never lost a Head of Household. In Week 5 they lost the Wall. LaTrice Verrett — 58 years old, a self-described Season-2 superfan — outlasted the entire house on Big Brother’s most iconic endurance comp, standing for over 90 minutes until Kamu Kirk dropped and left her the last one standing. It’s a record: no houseguest her age has ever won the Wall on a regular season. And it’s the first HOH gavel that isn’t red.

LaTrice walked in wanting Haley Thogmartin gone and drew up a clean backdoor — Barrett, Drew and Kamu up, Haley sent out the side door. Then the house got in her ear. Yash Patel pushed Chuk as the bigger threat; Kamu marched to the HOH room and, to save himself, threw two of his own Red Corner allies under the bus, pitching a new four (Kamu, LaTrice, Yash, Taylor). LaTrice bit — and for the first time all season, two Red Corner members are on the block at once, Barrett the pawn between them.

The ceremony went as re-planned: Haley (target), Chuk (backup) and Barrett (pawn). And the twist gods weren’t done — Mallory Aurichio drew the BB Time Capsule and came out with the “Adam & Eve” punishment, roping Melody in with her. The steamroll finally has a crack. Whether LaTrice can keep it open through a Veto is next week’s problem.
